The Leidsche Rijn tunnel, also known as the Overkapping A2, is the first tunnel built in the Netherlands according to the Tunnel Act.

This incorporates the latest insights and safety requirements that the tunnel and chosen solutions must meet.

The infrastructure was provided by the NIEDAX GROUP and various solutions were used, whereby in addition to quick assembly and security, Niedax was also chosen because of its expertise and experience in cable management systems in infrastructure and tunnel projects.
